What is your return policy?


Right now, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. This is because every item is a custom order made especially for you. That said, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting via email dobetterfolks@gmail.com




Do you offer refunds?


We will gladly offer refunds to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at dobetterfolks@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.




I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?


Sorry!! If the product you ordered arrived damaged, the wrong size or the wrong fit help us resolve this for you quickly by emailing us at dobetterfolks@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as we can.




Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?


At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit best, check out the sizing charts included on our product listings and measure to ensure the proper fit. We use different styles of t-shirts for different designs, so double-check if you are purchasing more than one style!

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!




My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?


Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

Keep in mind, package theft is on the rise! I​f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.




When can I expect to recieve my order?


As every order is custom made, it takes a few days for us to prepare and print your order. Our orders are usually ready to dispatch in 3-5 days, and ship with express mail service. During busier times, production and shipping may be delayed. At this time we can't guarantee a delivery date, but we'll let you know when your order has shipped!




Where do you ship?


We ship to Canada & the USA. If you live in a different country and would like to place an order. Please submit a email request and we can help you out, though you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.




What is your printing process?


do better folks uses two printing methods - screen print heat transfer and laser colour printing. The laser printing process takes place at our printing partner in Toronto. After you’ve ordered your tee, it will be printed and mailed directly from our print house to you via Canada Post or DHL ecommerce express shipping. Items printed with our screen print heat transfers are printed in house and can be available for local pickup or shipping to Canada and the USA. Production typically takes between 5-7 business days. From time to time, we do have stock of certain styles and sizes on hand available for local pick up or delivery. I only recieved one item from my order, why?


If you've ordered more than one item, your secondary pieces may be prepared by a different printing method. You will receive a seperate tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
